At Regions the Income Property Finance (IPF) Group Executive is responsible for all aspects of the Regions IPF Banking Group.
Primary Responsibilities
Coordinates and supervises the activities of all Relationship Team members including Market Managers, Relationship Managers, Portfolio Managers, Underwriting Analysts, etc.
IPF Group Executive leads all strategic planning activities in alignment with Bank initiatives
Represents the Bank by participating in calling efforts on major business accounts with a focus on retention, expansion, and acquisition
Leads strategic planning activities for the income property finance activity, including real estate investments, income property, development, etc.
Communicates bank strategies and local action plans to Relationship Teams to ensure overall market profitability, increased market share, and achievement of all bank initiatives
Accountable for overall client experience, financial results, and risk management
Leads the Relationship Teams in the Relationship Management Process through a disciplined approach to sales management
Coaches Relationship Teams to prioritize highest value client/prospect opportunities and aggressively develop and implement action plans
Balances needs of the client/prospect with Bank credit standards and profitability requirements
Ensures the appropriate involvement of business partners with the core Relationship Teams to ensure client solutions are complete and value-added
Continually provides guidance, feedback, and coaching for Relationship Teams
Performs general management duties, exercising usual authority concerning staffing, performance appraisals, promotions, and terminations
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
This position is incentive eligible.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree and ten (10) years experience in IPF banking sales or relationship management
High school diploma or GED and eleven (11) years experience in IPF banking sales or relationship management will also qualify
Preferences
Advanced degree and six (6) years management/supervisory experience

Compensation Details
Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.
