At Regions, the Marketing Operations Senior Manager is responsible for the development of strategic marketing technology solutions, automation, data enablement, campaign execution processes and operational improvements. This position provides leadership and guidance for a team of Marketing Operation Managers who each have responsibilities that include Campaign Automation, Technology / Data Enablement, Data Management, Incentive Operations, Campaign Enablement and Channel Delivery verticals. Additionally, oversees the relationships with Legal, Compliance, Data, Operations and Technology partners as needed.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provides leadership and guidance for a team of Marketing Operation Managers who each have responsibilities that include Campaign Automation, Technology / Data Enablement, Data Management, Incentive Operations, Campaign Enablement and Channel Delivery verticals
- Works closely across the marketing leadership team and business executives to ensure marketing process, technology solutions, and software needs are met for the utmost effective and efficient delivery of marketing programs
- Oversees new and innovative approaches to marketing data, technology, integration, and maintenance
- Serves as the marketing subject matter expert to internal business partners, especially data, technology, operations, legal, and compliance groups related to customer complaints, marketing campaigns and incentive management including key platforms such as Offer Tracker
- Provides oversight to the Campaign Enablement and Channel Delivery Analyst teams and ensures effective integration and execution of marketing campaign implementation expectations
- Ensures proper delivery, management and oversight of marketing incentive implementation and processes
- Represents marketing on key leadership forums that involve enterprise change initiatives and transformational projects
- Drives a continuous improvement methodology that includes increase automation capabilities, enhanced data enablement and overall process improvement to increase marketing's effectiveness to meet the needs of the bank
- Manages the marketing operations budget and the allocation of investment to increase or maximize the return on the marketing technology investment – including capital planning and operations executive management
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
This position is incentive eligible.
This is a single incumbent position.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- Ten (10) years of experience in marketing
- Four (4) years of experience in a management/supervisory role
Preferences
- Graduate degree in related field
- Familiarity with process management

Compensation Details
Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
