At Regions, the Default Solutions Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations of a team of non-exempt associates within Default Solutions. This role is responsible for associates performing work related to resolving delinquent/charged off accounts through the process of Bankruptcy, Repossession, Remarketing, Litigation or Collection Agency to minimize company losses and maximize recoveries.
Primary Responsibilities
- Plans, directs, supervises, and evaluates workflow to meet operational requirements, recommends improvements, and monitors performance standards
- Oversees the daily application of organizational policies and procedures that drives performance and promotes the Default Solutions culture
- Oversees processes related to delinquency resolution, charge off recovery, third-party collections, documentation management to include activities through bankruptcy, repossession, remarketing, and litigation
- Tracks and coaches team member performance
- Hires, coaches, and takes corrective action of associates
- Ensures team is trained and adheres to policies and procedures
- Assists with escalated customer accounts or complex delinquency cases
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and one (1) year of collections experience with bankruptcy, repossession, remarketing, litigation, third party collections, call center, banking or related experience
- Or High School Diploma or GED and five (5) years of collections experience with bankruptcy, repossession, remarketing, litigation, third party collections, call center, banking or related experience

Compensation Details
Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.
