At Regions, the Investment Services Sales Support Manager is responsible for leading a team focused on enhancing the performance, training, and strategic alignment of both Licensed Bankers and Financial Advisors (FA). This role ensures consistent execution of onboarding, product education, sales enablement, and consumer engagement strategies across the footprint. This role partners with senior leadership to drive growth, optimize sales effectiveness, and deliver a superior customer experience through investment and insurance solutions.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintains responsibility for the development and continual refinement of the Investment Services sales, service and coaching process
- Leads and manages a team of Branch Investment Coordinators and Investment Services Productivity Coaches
- Oversees onboarding, licensing, and ongoing training programs for licensed bankers and FAs
- Maintains responsibility for the creation of customized tools, resources and job aids for the sales and coaching process
- Partners closely with Area Investment Executives (AIEs), Consumer Banking Executives (CBEs), and senior leadership to align enablement strategies with business goals
- Drives adoption and effective use of key systems and tools (e.g., Adviceworks, Bridge, Growth 360, Money Guide Pro)
- Monitors performance metrics and implements strategies to improve sales productivity and consultant effectiveness
- Ensures consistent delivery of the Regions 360 approach across all investment services channels
- Ensures compliance with continuing education requirements and regulatory policies
- Assumes first line of business risk responsibility for sales, service and coaching impacts due to policy, product, or procedure changes and resolves accordingly
- Fosters a culture of collaboration, consumer partnership, and ethical sales practices
- Develops and executes marketing and communication strategies to promote advisory and transactional business growth
- Builds strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external strategic partners
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
This position is incentive eligible.
This is a single incumbent position.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ten (10) years of experience in banking, retail sales, investment services, or a related field
Preferences
- Series 7, 65, 66
- Life Insurance License

Compensation Details
Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.
