At Regions, the Clearsight Business Development and Marketing Analyst is responsible for effectively and professionally supporting the entire organizations efforts with respect to data quality, reporting and marketing analytics.
Responsibilities
- Manages and maintains the entry and updates of key marketing and business development data into database
- Develops and maintain reporting and dashboard functions as well as business intelligence analytics
- Monitors and coordinate opportunities for enhancements to improve efficiencies and capabilities of our CRM
- Performs periodic website updates, ensuring data is correlated with internal CRM as well as working with the director of marketing to post various content initiatives
- Provides basic research support for our business development efforts
- Prepares period reports on marketing initiatives, analyzing and synthesizing data as warranted
- Performs special projects as required
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
This position is incentive eligible.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Five (5) years of experience
Skills and Competencies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills
Compensation Details
Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.
