At Regions, the Bank Operations CMI Specialist updates and maintains the customer maintenance and information (CMI) repository.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manages and updates customer records
- Enters customer information into the system
- Makes corrections to customer records as needed
This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime for hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
Preferences
- One (1) year of operations or related experience
Skills and Competencies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Identify and name deposit account documents scanned into the Kofax System from various business units
- Validate deposit documents by account number for the image archive Kofax System
- Create work request for maintenance
- Update requests for accounts/customers through the validation process
- Maintain forecasted production to meet department goals
Strongly Preferred:
- Proficient in PC applications with strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently while managing time effectively under pressure
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency
- Solid understanding of general banking procedures
- Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Please note: Proximity to Hoover, AL is required.
Compensation Details
Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.
