At Regions, the Corporate Security Senior Manager reports to the Corporate Security Director and works directly with regional leaders and their staff regarding matters related to security. This role is primarily focused on developing and refining policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure ongoing adherence to security protocols. This role works to ensure a robust and effective safety program.
Primary Responsibilities
- Leads the development, implementation and continuous refinement of physical and/or operational security policies, standards, guidelines and procedures to ensure ongoing adherence to security protocols
- Coordinates investigative efforts with regional security investigators, fraud prevention, Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) operations, compliance, audit, branch support and other departments to ensure the timely and effective resolution of active cases
- Manages external liaisons with law enforcement, financial institutions, industry and professional associations and task forces
- Produces reports for management and government audiences
- Directs security planning and coverage for major events and manages other security functions such as travel safety
- Works with senior management on the company's crisis management efforts, including crisis planning and crisis response
- Oversees the corporate security case management system by establishing and maintaining structures, processes and controls
- Oversees the corporate Suspicious Activity Reporting (SAR) hotline program and Corporate Security internal website
- Manages relationships with third-party security vendors
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
This position is incentive eligible.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice or related field
- Ten (10) years of Corporate Security investigations, law enforcement, or regulatory experience of which seven (7) years must be in a supervisory/managerial capacity

This position will lead the design, integration, and execution of a comprehensive intelligence program.
15+ years of relevant experience in intelligence, national security, corporate security, or related fields preferred.
Proven leadership experience managing intelligence or threat analysis teams.
Deep expertise in threat analysis, geopolitical risk, protective intelligence, and applied risk mitigation.
Strong communication and executive briefing skills.
Compensation Details
Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.
