At Regions, the Corporate Communications Senior Multimedia Producer designs the staging and media content associated with Regions external website, intranet, digital initiatives, and virtual/live/hybrid events.
Primary Responsibilities
- Designs and develops multimedia content for internal and/or external stakeholders
- Partners with internal and external clients on projects from concept to completion in fast-paced and changing environments
- Edits or supervises production, of multimedia cotent from the scripting and storyboard phase to the end product including all videography, editing, and sound mixing
- Manages the execution and delivery process to ensure client satisfaction
- Discusses technical solutions with team members and provides ideas for future innovation
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Five (5) years of related experience
- Require some travel
Skills and Competencies
- Proficient in Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premier, After Effects, Photoshop, and Audition
This role blends creative storytelling with technical execution, focusing on high-quality video production and impactful live event support.
Proficiency in both Apple and Microsoft ecosystems, including macOS and iOS workflows, as well as Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.).
Proven ability to engage and collaborate with executives and senior leaders.
Compensation Details
Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.
