At Regions, the Equipment Finance Operations Manager manages the Equipment Finance Operations Groups which consists of Account Management, Client and Collateral Services, Accounts Payable (A/P) and Payment Processing, and Administration functions.
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversees Account Management, Client and Collateral Services, A/P and Payment Processing, and Administration functions which includes, but not limited to: Account Maintenance, Property/Sales/Use Tax, Payoffs, Payment Processing, Collections, Customer Service, Title and Insurance lifecycle, and Client Services
- Oversees reporting, portfolio diagnostics and analytics
- Coordinates all tax disbursements and receivables
- Coordinates all wire disbursements, approvals, and releases
- Oversees all operational system support and data management
- Ensures operations, portfolio and audit functions are consistent with strategic mandate
- Oversees Equipment Finance documentation and administrative functions
- Ensures portfolio is serviced properly and efficiently through evaluation of current staffing levels, automation of processes, software and equipment needs, etc.
- Ensures that associates meet established production and quality standards
- Develops and maintains written procedures for all Operations departmental functions
- Analyzes department procedures and workflows for process improvement and recommends automation as agreed upon with management and determines appropriate solutions based on cost efficiencies of process improvements
- Coaches, trains, and provides leadership to Account Management, Client Services and Collateral Management teams, and Operations Analysts
- Develops managers and team to achieve development goals through mentoring, job enrichment and cross training
- Determines departmental structure and allocates resources
- Develops, implements, and ensures departmental operating procedures are documented, up-to-date and consistent with regulatory requirements, bank policies, and strategic objectives
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
This position is incentive eligible.
This is a single incumbent position.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ten (10) years of operations management experience in financial services, preferably including Asset Based Lending experience
Preferences
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Financial Modeling experience
- Experience with InfoLease
- Six Sigma accreditation

Compensation Details
Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.

$150,300.00 USDIncentive Pay Plans:
This role is eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive plan. Employees have the potential to receive a discretionary award based on performance against defined metrics and goals.Opportunity to participate in the Long Term Incentive Plan.Location:
