At EnerBank, the EnerBank Relationship Management Division Manager directs, coordinates, and leads the relationship management team who manage the overall business relationship with Independent Contractors and Program Sponsor clients. The role is focused on building productive long-term relationships based upon the achievement of mutually beneficial strategic objectives.
EnerBank USA, a division of Regions Bank, engages in strategic partnerships with home-improvement manufacturers, distributors, franchisors, trade groups, and other organizations (with networks of home improvement contractors) to develop customized white-label loan programs to help them increase their sales as well as attract and retain top dealers.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provides day-to-day management for a team of Relationship Managers
- Monitors the performance of Relationship Managers to identify opportunities for improvement
- Promotes and monitors knowledge of EnerBank’s products, goals, vision, and values to ensure appropriate prioritizing
- Resolves issues/questions escalated by Relationship Managers
- Develops and implements departmental goals, objectives, and written procedures for areas of responsibility
- Ensures that staff in multiple locations are successfully recruited, trained, retained, and developed
- Maintains advanced understanding of all product offerings and effectively communicates the benefits of these products to associates and customers
- Ensures compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures
- Establishes goals and objectives for the division and evaluates and measures the division’s performance against these goals and objectives
- Manages department budget
- Ensures service levels to clients are met
- Assists Relationship Managers with the planning of periodic sales meetings
- Demonstrates a continuous drive for process improvements to achieve corporate goals and enhance the customer experience
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
This position is incentive eligible.
This is a single incumbent position.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and eight (8) years of financial services experience
- Or Associate's degree in Business or related field and ten (10) years of financial services experience
- Or High School Diploma or GED and twelve (12) years of financial services experience
- Six (6) years of leadership experience

Compensation Details
Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.
