Job Description:
At Regions, the Private Wealth Management Private Lending Advisor serves as an expert on credit, banking and business transition services, providing flexibility for the most complex client's banking and credit needs.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develops creative, innovative solutions to new client financings or restructurings within acceptable credit/risk parameters both within Wealth Management and through other areas of the bank
- Originates credit and deposit leads from existing clients and prospects and participates in new marketing initiatives
- Acts as local expert for business solutions for wealth management teams, bringing appropriate lending and capital raising to the wealth management teams
- Serves as primary contact on credit portfolio and/or key/complex borrowing relationships
- Demonstrates credit/risk management discipline
May be a subject matter expert for advisors with lesser experience
Works under direct supervision to support smaller and/or less complex issues, clients, accounts, projects, analyses, or internal relationships
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
This position is incentive eligible.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and ten (10) years of commercial banking/wealth management experience
- High School Diploma or GED and twelve (12) years of commercial banking/wealth management experience

Ability to interpret and present complex topics in a concise and effective manner
Ability to manage multiple goals and deadlines
Demonstrated confidence in delivering and explaining solutions with a high degree of influence
Excellent oral, written and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Proficient presentation and sales skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including attention to detail

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.
