Description

Summary:

Birmingham based Law Firm seeking a full-time Document Support Specialist. Monday through Friday.

Essential Job Functions:

  • B/W and color copying and printing
  • Scanning
  • Bates Labeling
  • Incoming and outgoing fax services
  • Laminating
  • Binding
  • Ordering and managing all convenience area copiers/printers
  • Working with outsourced vendors for services we do not provide in-house
  • Litigation Support Services that involves electronic discovery etc.

Educational and Experience Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Outstanding organizational skills.
  • Diligence and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

  • Ability to work extended hours when necessary.
  • Normal office environment
  • Able to lift up to 40 pounds
