Purpose of the Job:

To resource, support and inspect all areas of the Dream Team, Growth Track, and Baptism at the campus and to help support the Campus Staff Team in creating, managing, and completing projects to assist the campus as a whole.

Experience and Knowledge Required:

• Proven experience in leadership development and leading leaders, exceptional time management, organizational and prioritization skills with a particular emphasis on follow-through and attention to detail

• Experience in collaborating with teams and problem solving

• Ability to interpret and analyze data and offer implementation strategies

• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills

• Understanding of Highlands DNA, culture, systems and vision

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Campus Team Oversight and Development:

• Leadership and support of Campus team members

o Engage each team member relationally and professionally

o Help encourage spiritual growth when needed

o Assist leadership in ensuring spiritual, physical and emotional health

o Assist in Campus Team development

▪ Measure and evaluate growth

o Set, cast vision, and implement Central Department Strategy

▪ Receive vision and direction

▪ Cast vision to Campus Team and other Campus departments

▪ Implement strategy to achieve the vision

o Work with Central Staff to implement new projects and training

• Establish goals for Dream Team, Growth Track, and Baptism

o Plan (3) months out on projects, conferences and assignments

o Evaluate each season for goals met, achievements, and where to improve

• Lead weekly team meetings to discuss past, current and future projects

• Lead weekly one-on-one meetings with Coaches and/or Dream Team members to establish foci and to address obstacles

• Be involved in other campus meetings as needed. i.e. conferences, workshops, planning, budgets, etc.

Systems Development and Measurement:

• Work with the Central Team to measure each period and progress.

o Utilize various reports representing data and metrics church wide and at campus level

o Develop, implement and review system for campus goals and objectives

Campus:

• Support Coaches in all things as it relates to their role at the campus.

• Lead monthly Coaches meeting to discuss current and upcoming projects as well as conferences and events.

• Lead weekly Dream Team Support meeting and initiate conversations to get input and workshop ideas and projects.

• Resource Coaches to lead monthly Team Leader meetings

• Collaborate with Campus Pastor and other Departments on how we can support them

• Assist in Resourcing other campus departments so they can lead their departments and build adequate teams

Resourcing:

• Develop and learn best practices from Central and other campuses in Regional Group

• Provide needed materials and training to Coaches and teams to implement best practices.

• Evaluation of campus metrics and dashboards and facilitating discussions to gather feedback and discuss needed improvements

Reporting/Data:

• Work with Central and Campus Pastor in developing Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly reports

• Develop, implement, and analyze campus metrics in consistent, timely manner

• Work with the Central and Campus Pastor to project trends from data

• Work with the Central and Campus Pastor to determine needs for campus, teams, and infrastructure

Communication:

• Coordinate with Central for support for campus and Dream Team

• Build and develop relationship with Regional Group and other campuses within Highlands

• Communicate as needed with Dream Team updates and with Coaches for best practices

• Help and support regional monthly meetings held and led by Regional Director

Conferences:

• Ensure Central provides campuses with all needed resources for conferences

• Help campus team receive vision and mission for conference and the appropriate contact person

• Work with conference team and Central Dream Team Director to ensure adequate teams are built for an excellent conference experience

• Resource campus for team recruitment and setup systems to provide effective communication and comprehensive trainings

Campus Launch:

• Lead effort to launch campus to ensure teams are built and we have more than adequate coverage

• Resource campus and oversee strategy to train new leaders at campus

Budget:

• Create and monitor campus budgets (Dream Team, Growth Track, Baptism)

• Assist campus in best utilizing approved budget

• Give feedback and best practices based on actual and projected spending
