Purpose:

Provide support, coordinate and manage the overall internal and external infrastructure related to Campus Small Groups, Pastoral Care, Growth Track, Dream Team, and Water Baptism Departments.

Experience and Knowledge Required:

• Exceptional time management, organizational and prioritization skills with a particular emphasis on follow-through and attention to detail• Experience in problem solving• Supervise multiple projects effectively• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills• Ability to think and work independently with a high degree of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Maintain regular communication with the Dream Team Director and Small GroupsDirector• Assist Dream Team Director and Small Groups Director to ensure campus preparedness for all services, activities/events, small group semesters andconferences.• Assist with all Growth Track and Water Baptism events by facilitating, equipping and resourcing, as needed.• Resource and support Host Teams, Small Group Teams, and Pastoral CareTeams.• Assist with resourcing all teams with necessary scheduling, communication & leadership tools to include Rock or any other means.• Assist with creating growth strategies to ensure health on each team (Dream Team, Small Groups, and Pastoral Care)• Resource and support Worship, Production, Kids, and Students departments, asneeded

Assist with Conferences and Events

• Assist with budget and timelines• Attend all necessary planning meetings• Assist with leading efforts to implement conferences and Dream Team Party• Assist with Small Groups focus for all conferences

Data / Reporting

• Assist with data input, managing reports, and executing any follow-up for Connections, Host Teams, Small Groups, and Pastoral Care in Rock.• Assist Team Coordinators in administrative tasks with Rock, the Small Groups database, and Care App• Assist with tasks in the small group database for Spring, Summer, and Fallsemesters

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure all Growth Track, Dream Team, Small Groups, and Water Baptism supplies are ordered, received and available as needed.• Partner with Dream Team Director and Small Groups Director to equip each layer of leadership with vision and any necessary information• Monitor and evaluate Dream Teams for excellence and effectiveness• Observe overall guest experiences to ensure all needs are being met• Relationally connect with Host Team Coaches and Small Groups Team.

Highlands College

• Assist with leading Highlands College students as needed and directed byoversight
