The Director of Infrastructure & Field Services is responsible for delivering reliable, scalable, and secure technology environments across both corporate and jobsite operations.
This role owns the design, implementation, and operation of enterprise infrastructure—including cloud, network, systems, and field technology—ensuring consistent performance and availability across all locations.
The Director ensures infrastructure is standardized, scalable, and aligned with business needs while operating within enterprise architecture guidance and partnering closely with Cybersafety to ensure appropriate protection and risk management.

Infrastructure Strategy & Platform Ownership
- Define and execute enterprise infrastructure strategy across cloud, on-prem, hybrid, and network environments
- Establish infrastructure as a standardized and scalable platform
- Align infrastructure decisions with enterprise architecture standards and direction
- Drive modernization including cloud adoption and platform consolidation
- Own performance, reliability, and availability of infrastructure environments
- Ensure high availability and resilience of critical services
- Implement proactive monitoring and performance management
- Continuously improve stability and cost efficiency
- Provide and maintain infrastructure platforms (e.g., cloud services, MDM, device connectivity, provisioning pipelines)
- Support deployment and lifecycle logistics of cloud services
- Ensure infrastructure platforms enable enforcement of security standards

- Maintain accountability for operational health and user experience
- Own delivery of jobsite technology including connectivity and systems

Education - Skills - Knowledge - Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience including strong leadership
- Relevant certifications preferred
- Experience leading infrastructure in complex environments
- Strong knowledge of cloud, networking, and systems
- Experience managing distributed environments
- Experience driving standardization and automation
- Ability to balance enterprise and field needs
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience collaborating across IT and business teams
