- Operate various light construction equipment including mini excavators, skid steers, rollers, compactors, forklifts, and buck hoists
- Move, load/unload dirt and materials, perform grading, digging, and lifting tasks
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment as needed
- Follow established safety protocols and maintain a drug-free work environment
- Work efficiently under general supervision while maintaining productivity and safety standards
Education - Skills - Knowledge - Qualifications & Experience
- Prior experience operating mini excavators, skid steers, forklifts, or similar equipment required
- Familiarity with general construction site operations and safety procedures
- Ability to perform basic equipment maintenance and inspections
- Safety-conscious, reliable, and ready to work
